James and Jones Fine Art celebrates creativity through different media, honoring the legacy of Jones while showcasing James's emotional and experiential artworks.

Our Story

From Oldham to Ayr, our gallery reflects life experiences, emotions, and the enduring spirit of work between James and the late Jones.

We met at secondary school when Gary could walk. At the age of 15 he was taken into hospital with a growth in his spine and during the operation the surgeon butchered him. He came out of hospital paralysed from below his arms downwards. Although he was compensated it did not make up for the loss of his body. He start doing his artwork which some of it represents what he was missing in life. At the age of 31, 13 December 1999 he committed suicide. I was fortunate enough to be left some of his artwork.

My dream is to exhibit our work in a gallery for the general public to see.
